To provide for and promote the care, education and social development of children and families in partnership with the community.

1.       To enhance, strengthen and stabilize vulnerable families

2.       To increase the self-confidence, self-awareness and self-esteem of the service users.

3.       To establish supportive network within the community

4.       To promote volunteerism in the community

5.       To form alliances and cross-sector cooperation and collaboration with other community organizations to bridge service gaps and avoid wasteful duplication of services.

 

Our Services

1.       Develop mutual support group/network;

2.       Identify families' need with outreaching approach;

3.       Provide consultation, counseling and referral services;

4.       Drop-in services: toy corner, newspaper, magazine, computer and internet facilities;

5.       Organize interest classes, workshops and developmental groups;

6.       Volunteer training and services;

7.       Support vulnerable in the community:

o  Single parent families

o  New arrivals

o  CSSA recipients and low income families

o  Families in need

o  Ethnic Minority

o  Southern Asian families

8.       Cooperate with government organizations and other services units.
