Hong
Kong has entered into a challenging era, facing
tremendous changes in political, economical and
social aspect. Taking the lead to respond to the
social needs of the community, Hong Kong Society
of the Protection of Children moves with a new
initiative to establich the Children and Family
Services Centre in March 2003. It is our intent
to enhance, strengthen and stabilize family life
as well as to promote the well being of children
and family. |

service emphasizes on preventive work as well
as provides counseling and crisis support
to those needy families. We try to establish
a supportive network within the community
and try to prevent problems before they arise

for early identification of problems and to
build up an inclusive learning environment

Membership
charge for the whole family per annual $50
(from 1 April till 31 March of next year) |

annual fee $25 for membership applying starting

CSSA
recipients can apply for waive of membership
fee with supporting document |

time for staff, centre services will be
