Hong
Kong Society for the Protection of Children is a
non-profit making organization. The Society operates
a Residential Home, which is subvented by the Social
Welfare Department to provide round-the-clock service
for children who need residential care. This home
has also an occasional child care service with its
aim to assist parents who have occasional need for
child care service while their children could receive
proper care.
Target
group
Children
in good health, aged from 0 to 2 years. Must possess
the right of abode and at least one parent or guardian
is a HK resident.
Service

Day
care service: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Night
care service: 6:00 pm - next day 9:00 am
24
hours care service: 9:00 am - next day 9:00 am
Fee
Charge
according to service type and duration. Details
are as follows:
Day
care service: HK$ 100
Night
care service: HK$ 120
24
hours care service: HK$ 200
(if
parents are late in collecting their children, they
will be further charged according to the type of
the following service session. We do not charge
on an hourly basis.)
Application
procedure
Request
can be made by parents in person (9:00 am - 5:00
pm) or by phone
Necessary
documents including child's Birth Certificate, parents'
/ guardian's I.D. Card and other relevant proof
should be offered for verification of personal particulars.
Admission
procedure
Successful
applicant will be notified the time for in-take
procedure and admission by phone.
