Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Facilities Lead in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of sole-owned buildings and service units to ensure safe, functional, and high-performing environments.
  • Monitor on-site performance of external contractors and in-house staff covering security, repair & maintenance, cleaning, gardening, and carpark management; report service gaps and assist in KPI tracking.
  • Act as a responsive point of contact for internal departments and end-users, handling day-to-day facility requests, routine inquiries, and operational complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs and routine inspections to ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, and high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Assist in preparing tender documentation, compiling quotations, and processing administrative works in strict accordance with internal policies and procurement guidelines.
  • Support the tracking of operational expenses, compilation of financial reports, processing of invoices, and maintenance of accurate facility records and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Lead to ensure all site operations adhere strictly to statutory, safety, and organizational requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and operational assignments as directed by the Facilities Lead.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree or Higher Diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or property management.
  • Holder of (or eligible for) a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License is preferred; professional membership in HKIFM, HKIH, CIH, or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
