Notes on Participation
- The event is exclusively for HKSPC service users and their families. Staff may verify participants’ identity.
- Participants are prohibited to run, smoke, eat or drink in the event venue.
- Children aged 14 or below should be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- Products are at limited supply and on the first-come-first-serve basis.
- All products are donated items and sold in the form of "as is", without quality assurance. No refund or replacement will be arranged for all purchased products.
- If there is any emergency or if you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance from our on-site staff immediately.
- Participants should ensure that their health conditions allow them to participate. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
- In case of accident or special incident, HKSPC may suspend, postpone or cancel the event according to the situation and needs.
- Participants may be captured in photos or video-recordings during the event. The materials may be saved and uploaded to HKSPC’s websites, social media platforms, publications and/or publicity materials for promotion purpose.
- The event will be cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 - 10; or a red / black rainstorm signal is hoisted 3 hours before event commencement time.
