We warmly invite companies, schools, community groups and organisations to join our 100th Anniversary Flag Day (Kowloon Region). All proceeds will go directly to supporting our two Children and Family Services Centres in providing professional services that promote children’s health and growth, harmonious families, and racial inclusion.

Event Date: 18 April 2026, Saturday
Flag Selling Time: 7:00am – 12:00nn
Volunteer Age: Volunteers must be 14 or above; Volunteers under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Group Registration Deadline: 6 March 2026 (Friday), or until quota is full.

• Group Registration: The group coordinator should complete this registration form, provide contact details, estimated number of volunteers, and select the preferred districts.
• Result Notification: HKSPC will email the group’s main contact in March regarding volunteer allocation and arrangements for collecting volunteer materials.
• Collection of Group Materials: Volunteer kits (including flag bags, flag belts, flags and volunteer guidelines) will be mailed to the address provided during registration in April.
• Event Day: On 18 April, volunteers should go directly to their assigned location to sell flags.
  After the event, please return the flag bags and donations to the designated collection point before the specified time.
• Group Appreciation: After returning the flag bags, a certificate of appreciation will be issued on the spot.
  Groups may also contact HKSPC to arrange a group appreciation certificate.

Remarks

• Personal accident insurance will be arranged for all volunteers participating on the event day.
• Photos and/or videos will be taken during the event for future service promotion.
• In case of any dispute, HKSPC reserves the final right of decision.
