Street Volunteer Recruitment

 

We warmly invite generous individuals to join our 100th Anniversary Flag Day (Kowloon Region). All proceeds will go directly to supporting our two Children and Family Services Centres in providing professional services that promote children’s health and growth, harmonious families, and racial inclusion.

 

Event Details
Date:  18 April 2026, Saturday, 7:00am – 12:00nn

Age Requirement: Volunteers must be 14 or above; Under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

Registration Deadline: Friday, 20 March 2026 (or until full)

 
Registration & Participation Steps
  1. Registration: Complete the registration form, and select your preferred district. We will try to assign volunteers to their preferred district. However, volunteers may be assigned in a nearby area. 
  2. Result Notification: In March, volunteers will receive an email with the volunteer assignment and details on collecting materials.
  3. Collecting Materials: In April, volunteers may collect their materials at our Head Office. HKSPC service users may collect materials from their respective service units.
  4. Event Day: On 18 April morning, please report to the assigned spot. After event, return the materials to the designated collection point by the stated time.
  5. Completion: Upon returning the materials, volunteers will receive a Volunteer Certificate and 5 volunteer service hours.

 

Remarks

  • Personal accident insurance will be arranged for all Flag Day volunteers.
  • Photos and videos will be taken on the event day for future service promotion.
  • In case of dispute, HKSPC reserves the right of final decision.

We will try our best to allocate according to your preference, but some volunteers may be assigned to nearby districts depending on event needs.

You also agree that photos/videos taken on the event day may be used for future promotion. HKSPC reserves the final decision on all matters.
