Additional Information

  • How do I collect raffle tickets after making an online purchase?

You may collect them in person at our Head Office. For purchases of 10 tickets or more, we can arrange courier service (cash-on-delivery) upon request.

  • Is the purchase tax-deductible?

Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible, and no donation receipts will be issued.

  • Can I support the event without buying tickets?

Yes, direct donations via bank transfer or e-payment are welcome. Donations of HK$100 or more will receive an official donation receipt.

Prize Collection Procedures

  • Winners are required to present the original winning ticket and an identification document in person at the HKSPC Head Office (387 Portland Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon) on or before 30 January 2026. Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 

    9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

  • Photocopies, electronic versions, or duplicates are not accepted.

  • Prizes not claimed by the deadline will not be reissued and will be treated as donations to support the HKSPC’s charitable work.

  • HKSPC reserves the right to make final decisions.

Prize Terms and Conditions

  • Some prizes are subject to specific sponsor conditions, such as validity periods or usage terms, which winners are obliged to comply with.

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-replaceable.

  • HKSPC is not responsible for any loss or damage to prizes, including but not limited to quality, functionality, after-sales services, repairs, or usage.

Proxy Collection

  • If a winner cannot collect the prize in person due to special circumstances, they may authorise another person to collect on their behalf. The authorised person must provide:

  • signed authorisation letter from the winner;
  • Copies of identification documents of both the winner and the authorised person;
  • The original winning ticket (if unavailable, refer to “Lost Ticket Collection”).

Lost Ticket Collection

  • If a winner loses their winning ticket, they must submit a lost ticket declaration and relevant supporting documents to verify their identity and eligibility.

  • HKSPC will review the declaration and documents to determine whether the prize will be issued.
  • If a claimant with a valid ticket emerges later, HKSPC reserves the right to reclaim the issued prize, 

    and the recipient will be responsible for any related liabilities and legal consequences.
