Established in 2003, our Centre aims at identifying local family needs, providing services that support children’s development and their family members, promoting family and racial harmony, establishing community network and enhancing family life of our members.

Membership
- Membership is on a household basis
- Membership cards will be issued to each immediate family member
Membership Fee
- Annual membership runs from 1 April to 31 March next year, and an annual fee of HK$50 shall be charged.
- Members joining on or after 1 September can enjoy the discounted fee of HK$30.
- Low income, CSSA recipients and ethnic minority families can apply for the “Companionship Scheme” for waiving membership fees and enjoy concessionary fees for joining the Centre’s programs. Please refer to the membership application form for details.

The application form is available for download below or can be obtained at our Centre during office hours. Completed forms along with membership fee payment (if applicable), shall be returned to our Centre in person or by post
