自1985年啟用以來，位於本會旺角砵蘭街總辦事處佔地超過8400平方呎的戶外遊樂場，是無數幼兒與家人活動的一個重要空間。過去40年，每天都有超過200名來自童樂居、幼兒學校，兒童及家庭服務中心，以及兒童啟迪中心的兒童，在這個戶外遊樂場盡情探索、歡笑奔跑。而每逢本會的開放日，更有超過2000名社區上的家庭在這裡共叙天倫。

 

經歷近四十載的日曬雨淋，儘管我們持續進行維修與設備更新，遊樂場許多設施仍難免顯現歲月痕跡。

 

我們需要展開全面翻新工程，包括更換遊樂設備、鋪設全新安全地墊、重修石屎地台及底層去水系統等。我們急需您的支持，協助我們翻新這個戶外遊樂場，讓它變成一個煥然一新、具啟發性的樂園，讓小朋友可以繼續在這片小天地玩樂、學習和成長，彰顯玩樂與健康成長之間的重要連結，從而實踐本會「快樂童年眾幸福」的願景。

A new year is coming. You can help transform children's lives by supporting the HKSPC Outdoor Playground Reconstruction Project!

 

Since opening in 1985, the 8,400-square-foot outdoor playground at 387 Portland Street—home to HKSPC’s headquarters in Mongkok—is accessed by up to 200 children under 12 years of age every day from the Children’s Residential Home, Nursery Schools, Children & Family Service Centre, and Child Enlightenment Centre. On HKSPC Open Days, the playground also serves as an open space for over 2,000 families to gather and play.

 

The aging playground infrastructure requires a comprehensive renovation including replacing the play equipment, safety mats, concrete flooring, and sub-drainage system. We urgently need your support to renovate this space into a new, inspiring haven where children can continue to play, learn, and grow. This highlights the essential link between play and healthy development, and express the Society's vision, "Happy Childhoods Uplift Us All".
