Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for providing desk-side and conference room support
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure and network
- Assist in performing and implementing IT projects
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Incumbent Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or a related discipline
- Strong and responsible team player
- Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background are also welcome
